  • Track your daily activity, body measurements, progress photos, macro intake and more with our Everfit branded coaching app that keeps you and Louis connected outside of your online fitness training session.

  • Each time you book an appointment a Zoom meeting will be created. Your email confirmation will include your Zoom link.

    Please have Zoom downloaded on your device prior to your session.

    Using a laptop or iPad works best. Mirroring to a tv also works well.

  • If you’d like to have a friend join your virtual session, they’ll need to sign off on a waiver ahead of time. If you’d like to inquire about on going group training rates please email Louis.

    • Comfortable fitting clothes work best that allow your body to move around well.

    • Form fitting clothes work well for fitness assessments.

    • Refrain from eating 30-40 min prior to your sessions.

    • Have water and towel close by.

    • Keep your exercise space organized and light well.

    • Your conformation email will include your Zoom link to sign in.

    • Join a few minutes before your session to test your connection and settle in.

    • Keep your camera far enough a way, so your entire body is in the shot from head to toe.

    • Have a good amount of light in your room. Point a light at you from behind your camera source.

    • Be ready to move the camera if needed.

    • Occasionally we’ll need a clear wall to use, which might require you to move rooms.

    • A low stool, chair or table to rest your device on is helpful when doing floor exercises.

    • Virtual training sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You can book, cancel and reschedule your sessions using our online booking system.

    • You’ll find a cancel or reschedule button on your conformation emails.

    • Once you are within 24 hours of your appointment time the system will not let you rebook and your session will be deducted as scheduled.

Customized Programs

  • Customized programs include exclusive access to our custom branded Everfit coaching app, ongoing support from Louis and a personalized monthly wellness plan.

  • Workout programs will always be available to you on the app. If you are not an active client you will not have the ability to log against them or see previous notes, but you will be able to view your past programs.

    • Personalized workouts are currently only able to be logged against when you're currently active in a customized plan, one-to-one coaching, group challenge or video on-demand subscription.

    • Currently past workouts are not available to be repeated if you are no longer active in one of the above services.

    • You’ll be able to see basic details about previous workouts when you're account is no longer active and will have limited access to the coaching app.

    • If you would like to print your workouts to log outside of that app that is possible by tapping the gear icon on the upper right of the workout screen.

    • All sessions require a 24 hour reschedule/cancellation to avoid loss of a session.

    3. You can also book on our website, use this schedule link, or use the Schedule mobile app.

    4. Registered accounts are required to use the Scheduling booking app.

  • To use the Scheduler app you’ll need to:

    1. Register for a client account on the confirmation page that appears after each booking.

    2. Install Scheduling booking app: Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

    3. Once installed you'll be prompted to scan the below QR code on the bottom of this page copy this scheduling link: https://Bodyarchitect-TrampoLEAN.as.me/

    4. Once complete your registered client account will be able to easily schedule, reschedule, cancel and track your sessions on the Scheduling mobile app.

    • Check to see if you're logged in when booking on the web.

    • Clients who aren’t logged in might see their name, phone number, and email address with auto-fill if they’re using a computer and browser they’ve already used to book an appointment.

    1. Click Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial booking confirmation email. This brings you back to the confirmation page.

    2. Click Reschedule and choose a new date and time. You’ll see only the times that are available.

    3. Click Schedule. Then you'll be directed to a confirmation page and receive an email with the details of your updated appointment.

    4. Appointments have 24 hour cancellation policy.

  • Once you have scheduled an appointment, click schedule another appointment to book additional appointments.

  • Click cancel subscription on your initial purchase email. This needs to be completed at least seven days prior to your next billing cycle.
